There are certainly more colors in a rainbow than pink for a little girl. While many parents are delighted to do a 'pinkscape,' there are others who prefer a less saccharine approach. Fortunately, bedding manufacturers offer baby decor that is very traditional and very modern in a wide variety of colors, patterns and themes.
Select baby girls bedding that are easy to care for and reasonably priced. Babies are messy little creatures and their bedding will need frequent washing so choose fabrics and colors that will hold up well to regular laundering. The crib sheet gets changed most often so an extra one can come in handy. Cotton and cotton blends hold up well. Avoid anything that needs to be dry cleaned.
